James Perch (talking to the Chronicle): “They have a young side, but the thing with young players is they play with no fear.
“They can still pick up the odd result like they did against Liverpool but then playing week-in, week-out is maybe too much for them.
“The thing with a young team is you get bad results like Bradford and Millwall.
“We have to just make sure we take advantage after a bad result.
“They have had a couple of bad results, well terrible results really, for a club like Aston Villa.
“But we aren’t looking to much at their form.
“We are looking to improve our own. And to turn things round.
“After losing to Reading it makes it even bigger.
“It is a massive game for both sides but very important for us.
“It gives us a lift.
“That’s what the gaffer is intending to do.
“He came out and said he needed quality and depth to the squad.
“That’s what he’s done.
“Hopefully the new signings can come in and get a result for us.”
