Reports in London have linked Newcastle United with a £10million bid for Lennon, who featured in 47 of the club's 57 matches last season.But KK has never once made an offer or showed any interest in the former Leeds United player.
There have also been claims that Lennon could be used as a makeweight in a deal to sign Blackburn Rovers midfielder David Bentley.
