Manchester United star Marcus Rashford is a doubt for Wednesday's Premier League meeting with Newcastle after picking up a groin injury in the win over Bournemouth.
Rashford was on target in the victory but was withdrawn in the 70th minute as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer threw on Romelu Lukaku in his place.
Lukaku's return was a boost for Solskjaer, following a spell out of the side on compassionate leave over the festive period.
And the Belgium international stake his claim for a place in the starting XI with a goal in the 4-1 demolition of Bournemouth at Old Trafford.
Alexis Sanchez is expected to feature against Rafael Benitez's side after a swift recovery from a hamstring problem, while Marcos Rojo, Scott McTominay and Chris Smalling remain sidelined.
Meanwhile, United will be without Eric Bailly who was sent off for a challenge on Ryan Fraser in the 79th minute.
Solskjaer had no complaints about the decision, saying: "Eric won't complain either - he knows he's mistimed that one. It's a rash tackle."
