No doubt a denial will follow, it normally does. To be misquoted or mistranslated so often has proved to be very useful for our French winger in the past couple of years.
In case anyone is interested, here's what he told / was alleged to have told The Journal.
"This season should have been better than last, but we haven't looked together as a team for three weeks now.
"I don't know the definitive answer but I do know it's not a lack of confidence. In my opinion it's about a failure to play the best players in their correct positions.
"The Partizan game is a good example. A number of changes were made and we weren't prepared to play that way. When you play a team of that quality you have to give 200 per cent and you have to play with your best side.
"The supporters are confused, but so are we. We don't understand why we are playing so poorly. It must be to do with our state of mind because we haven't suddenly become bad players overnight."
Glad to know you're concerned Laurent, but can you talk me through that giving 200 per cent bit again?
