Here’s some of what Rafa has said today:
“Rondón is still not available, Clark has had some treatment for a muscle problem and will not be available, and Dummett has been training normally.”
“The most important thing for us was to understand what we did really well at Manchester United, and what we did wrong at the end.”
“The first win is always the most difficult. As soon as we win the first game, we will have more confidence and it will be easier for us.”
“I think the fans realize that the players will need support. If we are united, like we have been for years, then we can do well.”
“Brighton have a good manager and good players, and more experience now.”
It seems that Kenedy and Muto are available for tomorrow’s game and that’s good news.
We have never been able to celebrate a Newcastle win since last May.
Let’s hope we can do that tomorrow afternoon.
