Sam Plays Down Midfielder Link!

Sam Allardyce has been linked with a move for the midfielder, who he sold as a youngster when he was in charge at Bolton.

But it is nothing more than "paper talk".

Sam Allardyce: "I had Jonathan with me at Bolton Wanderers and I'm delighted that he's doing so well with Ipswich.

"But he's not someone I'm looking to bring here."
