Some say "you are innocent until proven guilty"; while some say "there is no smoke without fire".

The fact is Bramble is under suspicion and he is back in the Sunderland fold after the club were forced to end his suspension from first-team duties.
He will be available for selection for Sunderland's next fixture against Fulham on Saturday, November 19; and allegedly available for Strangeways FC's home fixture against Durham Prison on Xmas Day.
The 30-year-old defender was suspended after he was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of a class A drug in September.
The drugs charge has been dropped, and Bramble has subsequently passed a drugs test.
However, he has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and urinating in a public place, and will appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
His lawyer insists he "vehemently denies" the allegations, just as he did in the last two cases.
