As with most things in life for Sir Bobby it all comes back to football and he told the Sunday Sun: "One of the best birthdays I have ever had was the day England played Spain in Madrid in 1987 and we won 4-2.
"Gary Lineker got all four goals. Wow, what a birthday that was! Beating Spain in Spain! What a great day.
"But winning on Tuesday would rank right up there with that.
"What a victory it would be if we can win against Leverkusen. One was for country, one would be for club. Marvellous."
