Middlesbrough pair Stewart Downing and David Wheater picked up the Player and Young Player of the Year respectively.
Gateshead received the non-league award and Darlington's Jason Kennedy was the Goal of the Season winner.
Charles N'Zogbia's strike at Middlesbrough last August came second in the Goal of the Season, while Steve Harper was third in the Save of the Season.
