"Sam's come into the job and he's clearly not happy with the way things were at Newcastle. So he has started to make changes - but the players don't seem to be adapting to his changes.
"It's up to Sam to convince them his system can be a good one and can work - but no one is seeing it's working. The players aren't and the fans aren't.
"And the owner sits among the fans, so he'll have no doubts what they think.
"I thought he was the right man for the job because he had great ideas at Bolton. But there were no expectations there.
"He's gone to Newcastle with a big reputation and big expectations.
"A few weeks ago, they lost 3-1 at Blackburn, but at least they played with endeavour and a shape.
"But against Derby and Wigan - teams you'd expect Newcastle to beat if they want to be in the top half - they lacked both those.
