The 'Three Legends' were axed from their Real Radio show last month, but now they have been transferred to Star Radio, which will start broadcasting the new show on Monday.
Star Radio will re-introduce the phone-in to its traditional daily 6pm to 8pm slot, but initially will only involve Middlesbrough legend Slaven.
Former Newcastle striker Macdonald and Sunderland’s FA Cup winner Horswill will join at a later date due to ongoing contractual issues with their former employer.
The show will also be broadcast via Koast Radio, an online community-based station in Northumberland, which has teamed up with commercial station Star.
