Fabricio Coloccini, Daryl Janmaat, Mike Williamson and Massaido Haidara are all serious doubts for the Burnley game tonight.
That means Streete and 19-year-old Satka could make their Premier League debuts.
Satka has been described as a Coloccini in the making by Pardew this year and the manager says it is time for him to “deliver” in the North West.
Alan Pardew: “Satka needs to be. It’s time, he needs to deliver.
"He has been here a long time, all the time I’ve been here and he might be slight but he is clever.
“I wouldn’t say he has the physical strength to deal with some Premier League teams or an Andy Carroll but I think he can play at Burnley if he was called upon.
“From what I’ve seen on the training ground the quality runs through the team.
"Therefore I can freshen things up. Although I’m a little restricted for Burnley, I’ll be better armed for Chelsea and going forward into the other games coming up.
“Williamson is struggling, Janmaat is struggling, Haidara is struggling. It’s not ideal but we’ve still got good young players, Remie Streete has done really well on loan, Lubo has done well, Vurnon hasn’t played for a while, and all of these players might feature.
“We haven’t come out of the weekend very well. We’re carrying a lot of injuries and we’re taking our injuries to Burnley.
“It’ll be a deep squad, 22 will be travelling including Freddie Woodman, Lubomir Satka and Remie Streete.”
