The New Sicknote - Owen Or Dyer?

KIERON DYER (West Ham)

The bookies' favourite after a 12-year career littered with injuries. The last time he played was on August 28 2007, his third match for new club West Ham. Sadly, a tackle from Bristol Rovers' Joe Jacobson left Dyer with a badly broken leg and all he's done since is try and regain fitness.

In pre-season, Dyer was re-assessed but still shows no signs of a return to action.
