Toon Defender: 'Newcastle Will NOT Dump Me!'

Marcelino and Albert Luque were very happy to go shopping with their wives on match day, rather than pull on the black and white shirt ... as long as they were getting paid 'big bucks', of course.
Both would rarely be seen on the field, and both insisted they would see out their contracts and not take a pay cut to go anywhere.
Jose Enrique, to a certain degree, is different .. because he WANTS to play.
However, he insists he will remain a Newcastle player even if the club has plans to sell him.
Enrique was signed by Sam Allardyce for £6.3m August 2007, but has failed to impress any of the Toon bosses since.
Allardyce failed to get the best out of the Spanish Under-21s left-back and Kevin Keegan said his defensive game was well short of Premiership standard.
Joe Kinnear followed Keegan's stance, insisting Enrique concentrate more on stopping opposing wingers, rather than trying to fly past them down the wing.
Enrique: "I want to complete my contract.
"It doesn't bother me if they want to get rid of me. I have still got a few years left and I want to play an important part in getting the team back to where it deserves to be."
