The former Newcastle United striker looks like he will join the island side until the end of the season with his new club paying €80,000 of his wages.
Xisco was first linked with the move last week when Joselu joined the club. It was believed that the intent was to use Joselu as a winger and sign a more traditional number 9, with the 28-year-old topping the list. Xisco was actually born in Palma but played for Atlético Baleares before joining Deportivo la Coruña as a youth.
