Out-of-contract striker Ilan ended last season at West Ham but the Upton Park club have not made the 29-year-old's move permanent.
The Brazilian scored four goals in 11 games, and is looking for another club.
Ilan: "I did well in the Premier League, and I was hoping to continue where I left off next season, but West Ham had other ideas.
"That's football. I have a good record here and in France, so I'm confident that a club in the UK or Europe will call my agent, and I can get something sorted before training starts again."
Skysports have suggested there is "strong interest" in Ilan from Newcastle and Bolton Wanderers.

Was almost impossible to play beside. Remembered for scoring the winner (from the penalty spot) at Anfield and taunting the Kop with his NUFC badge. Strange chap. Went back to Palmeiras.
