Wolfsburg have completed the signing of the striker, with the player agreeing a four-year contract with the Bundesliga outfit after passing a medical.
The Nigerian striker makes the move for an undisclosed fee.
Probably the closest player we have had to Mirandinha (but nowhere near as good as the Brazilian) in recent years ... greedy in front of goal and the word "pass" was never in his dictionary ... simply because he rarely found his man if he did release ball.
He was given the No 9 again this season, so obviously we wait to see the next hero to wear it.
Wolsburg coach Armin Veh: "He is just the type of player that we were looking for to complement Grafite and Edin Dzeko.
"He is not only quick, but he has also proven how dangerous he is in front of goal."
Martins: "I am delighted the transfer has gone through.
"The Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world and I am happy to be able to play for the defending Bundesliga champions.
"This is going to be a great challenge."
