Nicky Butt: "Entertainment is what they love and it is nice to play so well.
"But that's not going to be every game. It just happened that everything went right for us.
"We have played games when nothing has gone right for us. Confidence saps out of you and nobody wants the ball.
"No-one is trying the simple pass or doing the things that make goals.
"Sunday was the other side of the coin. Everybody was confident on the ball, everybody was trying to make opportunities for the forwards, and that comes with confidence.
"After a couple of results, we gave ourselves a bit of breathing space, which always helps.
"But when you see players like Michael, Oba and Viduka playing with confidence up front, they are going to cause any team problems.
"We are behind them backing them up and just letting them go and do their thing."
"We have got to do the ugly side of the game.
"We have got to keep possession and then give it to the players who get paid to score goals, the flair players, if you like.
"I am happy doing that and I know Joey (Barton) is. I know Joey has had a lot of critics this year, but he has come good in the last few games and is showing what ability he has."
