Daryl Janmaat: “I like the club and the Premier League. It’s the best competition in the world.
“I made a good decision to come here.
"Siem de Jong will come back next season and I hope the club brings some good players in.
“I think we will do that, and we can have a good season.
“We have to make sure this doesn’t happen again – that’s the main thing here.
“We didn’t start the season well, then we had a great run. I think we were fifth in the table at one point.
“It was like a rollercoaster. We lost eight games in a row, and that was a hard thing.
“That is one thing that can’t happen. We have to improve. I’m confident we can do that.”
