... Roeder knows Ipswich Town are ready to offer £500,000 for him in the January transfer window. But that is only one-tenth of what Newcastle paid for him.
He will be a free agent in the summer, so unless he puts pen to paper before the season ends, Ipswich (or anyone else) could have the 25-year-old for nothing.
Roeder has decide whether to take the money in January or see him walk away for nothing.
Toon Ready To Let Bramble Go?
Bramble arrived at St James' Park in a £5m deal set up by Sir Bobby Robson. But he yet to win over the Newcastle fans.
Roeder: "As far as Titus Bramble is concerned his contract is up at the end of the season and nothing has been decided.
"We still have a lot of important decisions to make before the January transfer window and Titus is one of them, but all that will have to be taken care of after Christmas.
"In the meantime the ball is in Bramble's court and I have to say he had his best game since I took over last February against Arsenal on Saturday.
"He gave a faultless performance, and more of the same, starting against Celta Vigo, will be just what the doctor ordered."
