James Milner: "It's the first time since I've been a player that I've had a summer off.

"A long summer break is nice.

"Last season was a long one, and obviously with the European Champion-ships for the Under-21s, it has been a long couple of years. It's been good to chill out for a couple of weeks - but I hope to come back flying."
