The big Aussie is happy to be the meat in the sandwich between England star Michael Owen and Nigerian hot-shot Oba Martins.
11 of those 14 goals have come from one of the "three musketeers", as Viduka likes to call them.
Viduka: "I am enjoying the role.
"It frees up Michael and Oba and can create goals. You could say I was trying to drag defenders left and right.
"But when those two get the ball I have to try to keep the line as high as possible and not drop too deep.
"It probably didn't work as well as we'd like it to at West Ham. It was disappointing not to get three points.
"It was difficult to break them down early on.
"They did their homework on us and they knew what we were about.
"Even if that is the case, though, if we'd been on top of our game a bit more they wouldn't have been able to live with us."
