What Is Going On With Warnock?

After yesterday's report when he allegedly told Rovers he wanted to move,

today Warnock has denied reports that he has handed in a transfer request.

The 26-year-old England defender told his club's official website: "The reports are rubbish, I have not handed in a transfer request."

It was thought he tried to concoct a move to Newcastle, but obviously he would forfeit any transfer money with a transfer request.

Perhaps we should read between the lines on this article.
