Glenn Roeder: “As far as Lee is concerned in management, it’s not a case of if he’ll get back in, it’s when.
“Overall he can be pretty proud of what he did with Huddersfield.
“It’s just a shame he didn’t get the chance to finish off what he started there.
“He can be happy with the work he did there. He was unfortunate not to get through the play-offs on occasion or two.
“I’m sure they would have been promoted this year but he won’t get that chance. It’s a shame.
“It’s not if, it’s when. I guarantee from my own experiences he will be a better manager for it.
“He’s out of work today, but he’s a better manager today than he was when he took the job.”
