Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin is back in full training with the Magpies - just in time for the build-up to this weekend's clash with Arsenal.
The US international underwent a groin operation in May and missed his country's Gold Cup campaign after deciding to rest up.
Yedlin's place has been occupied by Javier Manquillo with the Spanish defender having a good pre-season despite the exit of his mentor Rafa Benitez.
But Yedlin's return also comes at a time when United are attempting to sign Sweden international Emil Krafth from Ligue 1 side Amiens.
With no pre-season minutes under his belt Yedlin has some catching up to do in terms of match fitness.
However, the right-back took part in a contact session this afternoon and got through unscathed.
Newcastle also have a decision to make on Geordie full-back Jamie Sterry with Steve Bruce looking to whittle down his squad ahead of deadline day.
