Robbie Elliott has denied reports that he has turned down a move to Nottingham Forest, telling officialplayersites.com: “As I've mentioned in the past, I'd be very interested in moving to a club offering first team football.
“Forest have been mentioned in the past, and there's also another first division club apparently interested.
“As far as I'm concerned, I'd listen to what Newcastle have to say. If they can arrange a deal with Forest or the other club, then I'd be happy to move on a loan deal.”
Meanwhile Quinn, who has redefined the term ‘fallen out of first team contention’, is reported to be a loan target for Walsall with the Evening Chronicle claiming the clubs have already reached an agreement about the move.
